Nutribuddy Vanilla Whey Review

Why is it hard to find a good vanilla whey protein is something I’m always asking myself. They are either bland or overly sweet which is no use if, like me you want to use vanilla whey as a base for smoothies or proats. I have been using Reflex vanilla which is great but expensive. Luckily I have found a fab one thanks to Nutribuddy. I was sent their two-week supply which is more affordable but tastes just as good. I was also sent their new recipe book which includes a range of meals with and without protein powder and some delicious desserts.

I’ve been using the whey mainly in smoothies usually with 300ml Koko dairy free milk, 1 frozen banana and 1/3 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries. Because the whey isn’t overly sweet it goes well with the sweetness of the banana.

I’ve also been using it in my proats and then topping it with nut butter and fruit.

The two-week supply is £21.99 for chocolate or vanilla flavour or you can choose from a 7-day or 30-day supply.

I’m obsessd with their chocolate whey in my proats. Simply cook your oats as normal with water or milk for 3 minutes in the microwave, then add 30g whey and a little more liquid, stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. I topped mine with frozen blueberries.
