This week I accepted a challenge by Grace Foods to take part in Caribbean Food Week which runs from August 24-31 and celebrates Caribbean food and drink in the lead up to the Notting Hill Carnival in London. I was sent a hamper with ingredients to use in my recipes. I have never used oxtail seasoning or ackee before so I am looking forward to creating a delicious recipe with these.
