Vegan Matcha Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup organicĀ pitted dates

1/2 cup milled flaxseed

1/4 cup Choc Chick cacao powder (or any other cacao powder)

1 Tbsp Pure Chimp matcha powder

3 tsp Beloved date nectar syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Add all the dry ingredients (dates, flaxseed, cacao and matcha) to a nutribullet or food processor and blend until mixed.

Stir in the date nectar and vanilla extract.

Roll into small golf balls and then roll the balls into matcha powder.

Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. These can be stored in the fridge.
