I’m loving life right now, the Euro’s, being able to sit inside a bar and the amazing British heatwave. Thankfully Nivea have sent me some skin goodies from their Nivea Sun range to keep my skin protected during summer.

I’m a big fan of Nivea’s deodorants (the Bali one is my absolute favourite). I find they keep me dry even when I’m running around doing errands or one of my home workouts, so I’m really excited to try this one.

Looking after your the health of your face is important but more so during summer. I use a Nivea day cream with added SPF 15 all year round and during summer I switch to an actual SPF. I love that this has the highest level of protection for my face. It’s also fragrance free which is great as I like to use a vitamin c face mist which has a light citrus scent so I don’t want too many overpowering scents.

It’s also important to protect your skin after being out in the sun, something which even I forget sometimes. I love that the After Sun moisturiser contains aloe vera as that is always the first product which we would use after being out in the sun.

We are planning on going to Scotland this summer to visit family so these will be handy to take along for the beach days.
