With more and more retailers switching to online selling is it the end of the high street? During my teens and twenties I worked in many retail stores in Aberdeen, the stores would always trade well and there would always be queues of customers outside before he had even opened the doors.
However on my recent visit to Aberdeen I noticed how quiet the majority of clothes stores were over the course of payday weekend, which would usually be the busiest weekend of the month. With so many influencers being approached to advertise online stores, the sales and market share of stores like Very has risen rapidly. They are ideal for anyone with a busy lifestyle as you can shop for various items like clothing, beauty products and gaming on one website, including casual clothes, party clothes and sportswear. I find that online retailers tend to have a larger selection, and there is always the benefit of being able to do your shopping in the comfort of your own home.
I’ve always found Very’s returns and customer service extremely helpful and efficient.
Have you switched from the high street to online shopping? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I must say since I’ve started blogging I’ve been more and more exposed to interesting brands from other bloggers that only sell online. I do think there’s a lot more options online!
I definitely think I prefer online shopping. I like being able to try clothes on in the comfort of my own home and see what outfit options I can make with all the items already in my wardrobe. I think it’s just more convenient
