I was recently invited to a VIP evening at The Body Shop in Manchester’s Arndale centre. The evening was to promote the latest Vitamin C beauty range and some of Manchester’s best bloggers were in attendance.

On arrival we were welcomed with cocktails, alcohol-free options and an amazing white chocolate fountain (and juicy strawberries to dip).

We were given a talk by the staff and also on offer was free skincare tests and makeovers. We were also offered a large discount with the purchase of a Love Your Body’ card and freebies on purchases over a certain amount. I treated myself to some items from the strawberry range which I love, some products for my boyfriend and a mango gift set for my friend. I was then given a 100ml mango body oil, mango sorbet lotion, eye gel and some face masks as complimentary items. This was great as I was torn between buying the strawberry and mango range and came away with both.

I’m in love with the mango range. The oil can be used on your face, hair and body and I have seen a remarkable improvement in how hydrated my face looks since using it.
