Choc Coconut Overnight Oats

Now that it’s coming in to spring it’s becoming a bit warm for porridge. However if you are someone who likes to have oats for breakfast why not try my overnight oats which require no cooking and is served chilled? I’ve topped mine with slice banana, Nuts ‘N More Chocolate Coconut Almond butter and grated dark chocolate. But any nut butter would work. Nuts ‘N’ More contains more protein than regular nut butters, helping you to stay fuller for longer.

You can change the quantities depending on how thick you want it, but remember the oats will soak in to the liquid overnight.

  1. Can you make overnight oats with steel cut oats? I bought a giant bag of them from costco only to realize that all my favorite oat recipes call for rolled oats LOL!
