High Protein Cinnamon Eggy Bread

2 Slices Dr Zak’s Protein Bread

1 Tsp Lucy Bee Coconut Oil

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 Large Egg


Barneys Nut Butter (I used Almond Cocoa Coconut)

Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Can be substituted with Agave Nectar)


Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan

Beat egg in a bowl and add cinnamon.

Add the sliced bread to the egg mixture until covered in egg and place in the hot pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Spread Barneys Butter on each slice and then stack them up finishing with some Walden Farms Pancake Syrup or Agave Nectar on top.

Serve with your choice of fruit.
