Ingredients:
1 Cup Gluten-Free Oats (I used Juvela)
2 Mashed Ripe Bananas
2 Dates, Chopped
1/4 Cup Smooth No Added Sugar Peanut Butter
Method
Preheat Oven to 180/350
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then make in to thick cookie shapes and bake for 15 mins (check after 12 mins) on a greaseproof paper lined tray.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
