Ingredients
Juvela Gluten-Free Pizza Base
Tomato & Chilli Puree
100g Mozzarella
50g Low Fat Cheddar
5 Mushrooms
4 Slices Chorizo
Handful Rocket Leaves
Method
Preheat oven to 180/350
Spread a thin layer of puree over your pizza base. Followed by the mozzarella, cheddar and sliced mushrooms.
Add your chorizo and cook in the oven for 12-15 mins until crispy.
Remove from oven and add your rocket leaves.
