Xocolat Moroccon Spiced Mince


Serves 4


500g Lean Pork Mince

2 Heaped Tsp Xocolat Ras-El-Hanout

100g Chopped Dried Apricots

50g Sultanas

200ml Cold Water


Brown the mince in Frylight or olive oil, before adding the seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the dried fruit, then add the water.

Bring to a boil then cook on a low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the mince is cooked through.

Serve With: Cous cous, fresh coriander. Why not add some almonds too for extra protein.
