Sweet potato chips are a delicious healthy alternative to regular chips. It’s packed with nutrients including Vitamins C and D and is a source of iron. My chips are seasoned with paprika but I’ve made them with cinnamon and with curry powder before and they all taste fabulous!
Prep: 10 mins Cook: 30-40 mins Serves: 3
3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
2 Tsp Paprika
Oil Spray (Olive or Vegetable)
Preheat oven to 180/350
Peel the potatoes, run them under cold water and dry with a paper towel.
Cut the potatoes in half and then slice in to 1/2 inch chips. Add to a baking tray, sprinkle with the paprika and spray twice with your oil making sure all the potatoes have been oiled.
Bake for 30 mins or until cooked (turn over after 15 mins)
