5 sheets of ready rolled filo pastry
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 medium bananas, sliced
3 tablespoons Organic Buko Choco-Latte Jam
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Arrange 1 filo pastry sheet on your work surface with the shortest side facing you. Brush with butter and top with the remaining sheets, brushing each one with melted butter. Spread the jam on the last sheet and layer two slices of banana on top of each other going across the pastry, leaving about an inch on each side.
Sprinkle on the cinnamon, carefully fold the pastry sheets over to form a parcel and brush with a little olive oil. With a sharp knife, score the pastry diagonally .
Add the strudel to a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
