Vegan Berry Custard Jar

This is one of my favourite quick desserts and it is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and lactose intolerant friendly.

Ingredients

6 large strawberries sliced

Provamel soya custard

2 Tablespoons desiccated coconut

Method

Add a layer of strawberries to the bottom of a mason jar and add a layer of custard and a sprinkle of coconut, repeat until the jar is filled, finishing with a layer of strawberry and coconut. Drizzle with a little agave nectar

Chill in the fridge for 15 mins.
