Thank goodness that summer is finally here! I do a morning walk with Harlow every day as it’s a good way to get her to nap. However I’ve had so many issues with the sun getting in her face even though I have been using a sun shade. It means she often gets unsettled and I have to cut our walk short.

Thankfully the lovely team at Snooze Shade sent me their Snooze Shade original sun shade to try, and omg it’s been a total game-changer! I had actually seen people out and about with these and questioned how it could be safe/breathable. After doing my research I found my answer, the mesh is completely air permeable – unlike a muslin or blanket. It blocks 99% of harmful UV and it has a handy zip at the top which enables you to check on the baby without disturbing them. It takes seconds to attach the shade to the pram, my pram is large and I’ve had no problems at all.

I’ve seen people using them in restaurants to block out bright lights and on holiday. It also comes in a small travel bag which I love.

I have lost count of the number of times that I’ve cancelled an afternoon walk because I’ve been worried about the sun getting in Harlow’s pram, so it’s really good to be able to have the flexibility to go out whenever without having that concern.

Price wise the Snooze Shade original is £19.99 and so worth that price. We’ll be taking it with us on our holiday to Scotland to keep her shaded during our beach walks.
