A few weeks ago I introduced you to a new product that I was trialling for my blood sugar management called NutriKane. I have had a good amount of time to trial it and to give my honest feedback.
It has been an easy addition to my nutrition routine as it can simply be added to water, however I wasn’t keen on the taste when just mixed in water and I knew that it wouldn’t be something that I would be looking forward to having everyday. I decided to mix it into a homemade smoothie and it was a great decision. I switch up my smoothie recipes depending on which frozen fruit I have available, however the best combination has been water, frozen mango and frozen pineapple mixed with a scoop of NutriKane
I am often short on time during the day so having a supplement that is easy to incorporate into my daily routine and which benefits my health and blood sugar levels is a perfect for me, and makes me more likely to stay consistent with it.
I am a big fan of adding nutrients to my diet, small habits which can offer me long-term benefits, and I am really excited to see how NutriKane can benefit me long-term. The studies and research around the product is exciting and I’m hoping that if I stay consistent with using it that I’ll eventually be able to come off Metformin and use NutriKane as my sole blood sugar balancing product, alongside eating the right foods and having enough daily movement.
NutriKane can also be used in recipes, so I’m looking forward to trying it in food and snack recipes to see how I get on.
However, so far so good and I am looking forward to being a regular user of NutriKane.
