Broccoli Rice


Serves 4


1 Head Broccoli

1 Tbsp Olive Oil or Coconut Oil

1 Clove Garlic finely chopped


Cut up the broccoli florets and either add to a nutribullet or food processor or finely chop until ‘rice like’

Heat your oil in a frying pan then add your garlic and cook for a few mins on a medium heat.

Add your broccoli and salt and pepper and cook on a medium heat for around 6 mins or until softened.

TOP TIPS: Why not add 1tsp soy sauce or chilli flakes towards the end for even more flavour.
