{AD} Aguulp Review

Aguulp co-founded by Stephen Manderson, more commonly known as Professor Green is an innovative gut centric supplement brand, providing highly effective liposomal liquid alternatives to traditional pill and capsule form vitamins.

The gut, often referred to as the second brain is responsible for a whole host of bodily functions, yet astonishingly, 86% of the UK population suffer from at least one digestive issue per year. This is turn can affect their overall well-being.

In my experience stress presents itself to me with the onset of digestive issues and if you follow me on social media you’ll know that I’m always trying different ways to improve my gut health and more recently my cognitive health, especially since my endometriosis symptoms include fatigue and gut issues. I had already heard of Aguulp so I was keen to try it out when they reached out to me to try their Aguulp for Brain sachets. The supplement contains a blend of vitamins, nutrients, amino acids and nootropics to improve focus and clear brain fog.

The sachets are so convenient, I would initially take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach but I found it a little sweet for my liking so I started stirring it into my homemade green smoothie (I initially mixed it in the blender with the smoothie ingredients but Stephen kindly advised that this makes it less effective and advised against it). As a busy mum any supplement that I take needs to fit around my lifestyle and I loved that I could pop a sachet in my bag and take it while doing the school run without having to worry about whether I had water to hand like with pills or capsules.

I noticed a noticeable different in my brain fog (and still am) after taking Aguulp for a month, I also found that my overall focus improved. Previously I was struggling with putting content together for work and that has changed drastically over the last month. I have also prioritised my sleep hygiene and overall well-being. With a busy lifestyle and two kids it can be really to neglect my nutrition and not keep on top of vitamins so having something to hand that contains everything my body needs to function at its best is essential.

I love the brands commitment to wellness, they along with Stephen share daily content on their Instagram pages around health and wellness, including new things that he is trying.

Price

A month supply (30 sachets) is £40, which is £1.33 per serving, which is a massive saving if you are someone who would usually spend £3 a day on coffee for an energy/focus boost.

Auulp shop gives a wide selection of their supplements. Which one should I try next?
